My name is Julia and I am passionate about tasty, healthy food.  I am a soup fanatic*, fitness addict, blogging latecomer, wife and mummy.

I want this blog to be a useful source of recipes and food ideas that are satisfying, enjoyable and simple.  I promise that there will be no strange, extortionate and only-available-in-health-food-shop ingredients and that everything will be easy to make.

I am also in the process of weaning souper-baby, so I will include plenty of baby and family friendly recipes too.

* I eat soup at least once a day, come home from holidays (including my honeymoon) with soup recipes and have even persuaded souper-husband that soup is a valid evening meal.
